Selecting Objects in SketchUp Windows 10

With the latest update of Windows 10 there have been issues with users being able to select SketchUp objects.

To fix this, make sure you set your graphics card so it uses make sure you tell SketchUp to use your integrated graphics card.  Then you will be able to select objects.

Navigate to your graphics card control settings.  In this example, it’s for a NVIDIA GTX 1060 Card.

Then manage your 3D settings to tell SketchUp to use your hi-end graphics card instead of the integrated intel graphics.

Then you will be able to select SketchUp object, without having to wait 7 seconds each to you attempt to select something.
