Online Training
In addition to our on-site and classroom training experiences, Online training is an excellent way for you to get up to speed on your favorite software with a minimal cost.

How does it work?
An instructor will have remote control over your computer, and the training is interactive. You will be able to hear and/or see your instructor via telephone or voice-over ip. You'll be able to share control over the user interface with an instructor in real-time!
How many people can attend?
In theory, up to 26 participants. However, if your team is centralized in one location, it is best to share a dedicated workstation so you'll be able to experience the hands-on training without the lag of an internet connection.
What training time(s) are available?
You can schedule courses on-demand. This means we can setup a training session relatively quickly, sometimes even on the same day that you pay for the course. Simply call 866-566-1881 and we will help you get started.
What if I need more training hours?
We can schedule additional training hours. However, we reccomend that you look at our on-site or classroom training services if you need extended periods of hands-on training.

Requirements:
Online training requires that you have a high-speed internet connection. Typically a DSL or Cable Modem connection is sufficient. Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate dial-up users.
We reccomend a minimum bandwidth speed of:
5500 kbps (800kb/sec) download
400 kbps (50kb/sec) upload
You can test your connection at a variety of (speed test) sites.
*For learning video editing products such as 'Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer' we recommend that you allow the instructor to control your machine on your end. This may require some preparation in terms of installing practice media and projects on your system before initiating the training session.
Depending on the course you decide to take, we may require that you download or purchase courseware that contains pre-packaged media that you can pre-install on your machine.
