Photoshop Color Replacement and Rotate View Tool

Learn how to use the Color Replacement tool in Photoshop CS5 in combination with the rotate tool. This is especially useful when using a tablet, because you can rotate the canvas when applying brush strokes.
You can use the Photoshop Rotate View tool to move your images around while painting or editing, as you would with a real artwork or photo.

Click on the Rotate View tool Click on the image and drag your cursor in the direction you want your image to go.

You can use your scroll-wheel in your mouse to zoom in and out Choose any tool to work on your image In this exercise, I am choosing the color replacement tool With the color replacement tool.

All I need is a color of my choice to drag over my image and change the original color.

To switch between the Color Replacement Tool and the Rotate view, just press "B" on your keyboard for the Color Replacement tool, and "R" for the Rotate View tool.

To reset your image, just click on the Reset Image button on your task bar.

The Rotate View tool is a great and easy-to-use device when working on an image just like you would with a real painting, a drawing or a photograph.
