You can download the plug-in for free from it's creators' site Alex4d.
The transition can give you that "flashback" kind of feel. Once
downloaded, you will find the transition under the Effects Tab in your
Browser window, under Video Transitions > Dissolve > Alex4D
Wave.

You can also open up the transition in your transition editor, and play with the different controls to tweak it to make it your own.

Don't forget when it comes to downloading plug-ins that you're placing them in the correct destination folder and that you restart your application after you've downloaded the file. The correct path to follow is Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Final Cut Pro System Support > Plug-Ins
