Sorenson Squeeze 5 Receives 2008 Vanguard Award
Sorenson Media announced its Sorenson Squeeze 5 application
received the 2008 Vanguard Award from Digital Content Producer
magazine. Fourteen video-related products were featured in the December
issue of the magazine and online at digitalcontentproducer.com.
Sorenson Squeeze 5 was the only video encoding software recognized by
the judges.
"Our annual Vanguard Awards recognize the disruptive
moves, the technological leaps and the product introductions that
initiate a new path," the article states. The judges noted Sorenson
Squeeze 5's accessibility and "output quality that's best-in-class."
