Highwinds Partners with BlackArrow to Add Dynamic Ad Management
Highwinds Network Group, Inc., a multi-platform IP services and content distribution provider, announced it is partnering with BlackArrow, Inc., an independent advertising-technology company that provides multiplatform ad-management for viewer-controlled video. The partnership will help meet the demands of video content providers and distributors for cost-effective, broadband media distribution combined with advanced video advertising capabilities.
Customers of the combined Highwinds and BlackArrow service will benefit from the market-leading advantages of both companies' offerings. Highwinds' content delivery network and associated technologies, including an industry-leading real-time analytics facility, provide an unmatched 'industrial scale' CDN for broadcasting content and video-ad content globally. The BlackArrow system delivers, manages and measures targeted advertising to consumers who are increasingly controlling where, when and how they watch video content.
