muvee Licenses H.264 Encoder from MainConcept
muvee, the pioneer and leader in instant home movies, is pleased to announce that it has licensed MainConcept's H.264 encoder technology for its muvee autoProducer and muveeNow consumer software products, to enable output support for high-definition H.264 content in AVCHD, HD DVD & Blu-ray Disc formats. MainConcept AG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DivX, Inc., is one of the world's leading providers of audio and video codecs for software developers.
