Video Streaming and Compression Training (Mac - 2 Days)
Participants will learn how to convert videos to Windows Media, Real, QuickTime, Flash, and MPEG-4. During Day 1 students will get a better understanding of compression and streaming while they participate in hands-on exercises. Students will learn first-hand how to use Dreamweaver 8 to set-up FTP to their web server and streaming server for uploading video and audio files. During Day 2 students will learn how to use compression tools for the Mac and will compress videos for the Video iPod, learn how to do a webcast using QuickTime Broadcaster, and learn advanced authoring tips for streaming content. Lastly, Participants will learn exciting tips for enhancing their compression workflows using Sorenson Squeeze Compression Suite.
