Ongoing Support is available to anyone who takes a GeniusDV training course.
* This support package is included (as a benefit) with all of our training courses.
We understand it can be frustrating battling issues with your Final Cut Pro or Avid system. GeniusDV offers a 24 hour (live operator) service to anyone who takes a training class at one of our facilities. That's right! Compare this to other training centers. The live operator will take your information and page our instructors with the message. This support has continued to be ongoing for all of our customers.
*We are only able to provide support to those students or organizations who have taken our training courses. If you are not an existing student, and you need support you might try our one of our support forums, which are monitored through-out the day.

We can certainly help point you in the right direction, but our priority is for existing customers. Our students often comment that the support they receive is worth more than the price of the actual training class.
If you are in need of immediate technical support outside of GeniusDV, and haven't taken courses with us, both Apple and Avid Technology provide direct support services for their products.
AppleCare Professional Video Support ($1200) per year.
Avid Xpress Support Assurance ($495) per year.
