Ongoing Support is available to anyone who takes a GeniusDV training course.
* This support package is included (as a benefit) with all of our training courses.
Emergency Support Fee:
$500.00 (includes support for a single incident, and 3 hours of online training)
*Online training does not expire and may be used at an alternative time.

The live operator will take your information and page our instructors with the message. This support has continued to be ongoing for all of our customers.
If you are in need of immediate technical support outside of GeniusDV, and haven't taken courses with us, both Apple and Avid Technology provide direct support services for their products.
