Abacast was one of the sponsors of the official webcast for the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences 2007 Emmy Awards for Technology and Engineering held opening day at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Monday, January 7, 2008.

The webcast, was a featured event of CES, and powered by TV Worldwide, www.tvworldwide.com, who utilizes the Abacast Hybrid Peer-to-Peer technology to deliver content. The online audience had the option to view the event through 548Kbps of high quality video online.
