Viewcast Capture Cards are Standard for Streaming

|

For video and audio capture for streaming, whether it be for on-demand streaming or live streaming, the Viewcast Osprey capture cards are the way to go. Their capture cards come in many different flavors and are supported only on Windows and Linux operating systems.

The Osprey cards allow for S-video, SDI, Composite and DV input. The Osprey product line even includes a card that has the ability to capture 4 separate video channels. In addition, there are additional breakout boxes and rack mount units that work with the Osprey capture cards. These breakout devices provide standard video and audio input connections similar to what is found on most video production equipment.
