Nero 7 Wins 2006 World Class Award from PC World

Nero, leaders in digital media technology, announced that its Nero 7 Ultra Edition software suite has been honored by PC World with a 2006 World Class Award - one of the 100 Best Products of the Year. Winners were announced in the July 2006 issue of PC World (online now and on newsstands June 13).
An all-in-one solution for the management of data, audio, video, photo and TV content, Nero 7 is a comprehensive tool for today's digital home. Updated in April, Nero 7 now enables Blu-ray data recording and has many new and updated applications, including Nero Home that enables users to easily manage their PC-based digital files from the comfort of their living rooms, and Nero Search, which allows users to quickly find content located anywhere on a computer or the Internet. Current Nero 7 customers can update the software free of charge online at www.nero.com.
"Much time and effort were spent to improve upon what we believe was already the best digital media software suite available," said Udo Eberlein, President, Nero, Inc. "It is very gratifying to be recognized and receive a World Class Award from PC World, one of the most important and influential media outlets in the PC space."
