Navigating Between Markers In Final Cut Pro
If you have a huge timeline sequence and have placed many markers along the way, a quick way to jump to the specific marker you are looking for is to right click in the Current Timeline Field, with a two button mouse, or control click with a one button mouse, in the Current Timcode Field. You can then choose the name of the marker in the menu that opens.
If you don't know how to give a marker a name, simply park directly over the marker, then go to Mark > Markers > Edit and type a name into the name field.
