GeniusDV offers a 24 hour (live operator) service to anyone who takes a training class at one of our facilities. That's right! Compare this to other training centers. The live operator will take your information and page our instructors with the message. This support has continued to be ongoing for all of our customers.

• Ongoing support for enrolled students or graduates (see below). This support package is limited to indviduals who have taken one of our training hands-on training courses. Support is also included in any of our onsite training courses.

If you are in need of immediate technical support outside of GeniusDV, and haven't taken courses with us, both Apple and Avid Technology provide direct support services for their products.
