Our Philosophy
Since GeniusDV started some 9 years ago, we've been here to help you improve as a video professional. Whether we can do that by getting you gear or by training you, we think that you'll find us to be not only useful but also friendly, professional, and reasonable. - All orders ship from our home office in Orlando, FL. If your order is in stock, we'll ship it out within 1 business day of confirming your payment. If any of the items on your order are on backorder, we'll be in touch within 1 business day to update you (and we'll ship the in-stock items immediately). We can't be responsible for delays that the shipping service might cause -- but you can get an idea about delivery times straight from the horse's mouth.
- Privacy & Security
- We follow all industry-standard privacy and security practices, including strong encryption for your personal data and respect for your email address. We'll only send you email in response to specific transactions (e.g. an invoice for your order), or if you ask to receive our newsletter. And we use small identifiers ("cookies") so that we can streamline and personalize the store for you (e.g. keeping track of what's in your shopping cart) -- but we'll never share any personally identifiable information about you.
- Returns & Replacements
- Change your mind about a purchase in the first 15 days after it ships? Return it in its original condition, and we'll refund your money. If your package arrives damaged, we'll be happy to work with you to file a claim with the shipping company. And if your product is dead on arrival, call us at 1-888-566-1881. We can ship you out a replacement immediately.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- The bad news is that we can't ship your items until your payment clears. The good news is that, if you pay by credit card or PayPal, your payment normally clears about 2 seconds after you place your order. All prices are final. Our occasional promotions can get you some great deals, and you can hear about them on our newsletter (sign up at the left of this page!).
- Video Tutorials, Order History, and Account Information
- If you order any of our online video tutorials, you can get to them at any time by clicking on "My Account" at the top of the page, then clicking "My Downloadable Products" at the left side of the page. For that matter, you can use "My Account" to print off invoices of any order you've placed with us, track the status of your current orders, or update any of your information.
