Text version of the tutuorial follows after the jump...
Have you ever wondered how to export out of Final Cut to windows media?  Well I need to get this machine set up, so I thought I’d show everybody how to do it one step at a time.  First thing you need to do is launch your media browser, so I’m going to use Firefox.  Let’s choose Flip for Mac Apple Download, and the first choice is the apple site’s download page, and that will take us to the apple site where we can download Flip for Mac and it is a freeware version so click download; click ok; Ok, now that didn’t take too long, and the next thing we’re going to do is open the disk image and now we just follow the path; first we open it and we continue, continue again, continue again, continue again, and we agree, and we continue again, then we install, then we enter our password, and we hit ok; now it’s going to do some work; all right, here we go; ok, the install’s complete, it’s going to offer to sell us a few other products; and now let’s launch final cut pro.  Ok, now that final cut is open, we’re going to go to the File menu down to Export; we’re going to choose “Using QuickTime Conversion”; ok, now we can look at Format and you see we now have a Windows Media Option; ok, now hit Save and we’re going to be saving our movie as a windows media file; OK that’s it!  Just download Flip for Mac, install it and the next time you launch final cut pro when you get to the QuickTime conversion, you’ll see you’ll have a windows media option.
