Putting video online with iWeb
iWeb is a great tool for creating an online viewing portal for the video you create in Final Cut Pro. If you just need to create a temporary page to allow a client to view a video. There are options in the Quicktime tab of the Inspector to allow the video to auto play, or loop. You can even hide the movie controller, and set a specific in and out point.

To have a video up on the internet using iWeb there are only five steps
step 1: produce and compress the video. The iPhone setting in the Quicktime conversion when exporting out of Final Cut Pro is a great choice for preview video.
step 2: launch iWeb, and create a new site. Giving the new site a name similar to either the name of the video, or the subject of the video, will make the domain name generated by iWeb to appear more professional.

Step 3: select a theme for your first page. It is a very clean look to
just use a blank black or white page. Give the page a appropriate name
as that compliments the site name.Step 4: this is the difficult part. Now drag the video from the Finder right onto your page. You will be able to resize and position the video once it is on the iWeb page.
Step 5: as long as your Mac is snyced to a Mobile Me account all you need to do is click the publish button in the lower left, and your video is on it's way to the internet.
Once the page is published iWeb will give you the link to get to the site. All you need to do is give your client a link to the page.
Your Mobile Me account will support more than one page at a time, so you can have separate pages for separate jobs.
