NBC Chief Digital Officer to Kick Off Streaming Media East 2008

George Kliavkoff, NBC Universal's first-ever chief digital officer, will be delivering Streaming Media East's opening keynote next month on May 20 at the New York Hilton. In a Q&A with Streaming Media conference chair Dan Rayburn, Kliavkoff will discuss NBC Universal's multi-platform online video strategy.
Kliavkoff is responsible for furthering the company's digital media strategy and developing new business models and markets. He oversees the distribution of digital products across multiple platforms, including on-demand, interactive television, broadband, wireless, and IPTV, as well as digital innovation and product development and portal and partner relationships.
Streaming Media East, which takes place May 20-21, 2008, is the largest conference and exhibition covering the streaming media and online video business.
