Admission Requirements
The GeniusDV Institute's structure is uniquely suited to the needs of students of a wide variety of backgrounds and skill levels. We do require, at a minimum, that you:
- Understand how to use a computer,
- Speak English to a conversational level, and
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
We do not formally assess any of these requirements, but if we believe that any of the requirements will negatively impact your ability to succeed in our program, we will bring our concerns to your attention during your initial meeting with your academic advisor.
The Admission Process
We admit new students on an ongoing basis, and admissions are open now. The admission process is simple:
- Submit an Application for Admission.
This form provides basic biographical data, and allows us to start your student record.
- Meet with your advisor to plan your coursework.
When we review your application, we will assign you an advisor from our faculty, and contact you to set up a brief meeting. Your advisor will review the entire diploma program with you, introduce our facilities and teaching staff, and help you begin to schedule your progress through the curriculum.
- Complete your Enrollment Agreement.
The Enrollment Agreement establishes you as an Institute student, and you can begin your coursework as soon as you complete it and return it.
