24p capture setting
If you are about to cut a 24p project in Final Cut Pro, there are a few things that you have to ask first. did you shoot in 24p Normal or 24p advanced? If you have shot in 24p Normal, you can treat it like regular 29.97 footage. If you shot in 24p advanced mode, before capturing, make your capture settings DV NTSC 48K 2:3:3:2 Advanced Pulldown Removal. Make sure that your sequence settings are set at DV NTSC 48 KHZ - 23.98.
